Želimo Vas upoznati s kućnim redom kako bi Vam boravak u našoj kući bio ugodan, a za sve dodatne
informacije slobodno nam se obratite.

  • Smještaj je na raspolaganju od 14.00 sati na dan dolaska do 10.00 sati na dan odlaska.
  • Gosti su dužni sami brinuti za svoje stvari i dragocjenosti ostavljene u apartmanima/sobama i vlasnik ne odgovara za eventualni nestanak istih.
  • Poštujte sve stvari u apartmanu kao da su vaše.
  • Pušenje je dozvoljeno samo vani u dvorištu i terasi.
  • Ulazna vrata apartmana/sobe zaključavajte kada ste unutra, a kada izlazite vani obavezno zaključavajte vrata i prozore, zatvorite suncobrane, isključite rasvjetu i sve električne uređaje (TV, klima uređaj, štednjak…) i zatvorite vodu.
  • Vlasnik objekta ima pravo u odsutnosti gosta, u osobitim okolnostima, ulaziti u apartman/sobu radi sprječavanja nastanka moguće štete ili opasnosti. O svom ulasku u apartmane/sobe vlasnik je dužan izvijestiti gosta u prvom slijedećem kontaktu.
  • Zabranjeno je uništavanje opreme i namještaja, izazivanje nereda i ometanje drugih gostiju, a osobito se zabranjuje stvaranje buke u vremenu od 14.00 do 16.00 sati i od 23.00 do 7.00 sati.
  • Sve sadržaje, tekstil i opremu u i izvan apartmana (terasa i vrt) gosti koriste na vlastitu odgovornost i vlasnik apartmana ne snosi odgovornost za bilo kakve ozljede i štetu. U slučaju oštećenja, gosti snose sve troškove.
  • Budući da se naš apartman nalazi na posebnoj lokaciji s mnogo raznovrsnog bilja i životinja molimo vas da budete posebno oprezni. Neke od biljaka i životinja izazivaju alergije, jake i slabe.
  • Sadržaje apartmana/sobe mogu koristiti samo osobe koje su uredno prijavljene kao gosti, a domaćin na traženje gosta može odobriti eventualne posjete u određenom vremenu.
  • Neodgovarajuća uporaba unutarnjih i vrtnih uređaja, posebice uporaba vrtnog roštilja i drugih sličnih uređaja, može uzrokovati ozljede.
  • Strogo je zabranjeno penjanje na ogradu, krov, stolice i ostali namještaj.
  • Molimo vas da ne ulazite u krevet i bazen namazani marmeladom za sunčanje.
  • Nije dozvoljeno unošenje oružja, eksplozivnih i lakozapaljivih materijala.
  • Ukoliko dođe do nestanka ili oštećenja instalacija, namještaja, uređaja, opreme apartmana/sobe, gost je dužan obavijestiti domaćina. Ukoliko je do nestanka ili oštećenja došlo krivnjom gosta, gost je dužan nadoknaditi odgovarajuću protuvrijednost.
  • Iz apartmana/soba zabranjeno je iznošenje uređaja i opreme (ručnici, pokrivači i drugo).
  • U slučaju nepridržavanja kućnog reda, domaćin ima pravo otkazati gostu daljnje pružanje usluga.
  • Vašu osobnu kartu ili putovnicu predajte domaćinu odmah po dolasku radi prijave Turističkom uredu.
  • Svoje primjedbe, želje i pohvale možete priopćiti domaćinu, koji Vam stoji na raspolaganju u radnom vremenu od 0 do 24 sata.

HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests, welcome!

We would like to acquaint you with house rules so that your stay in our home will be pleasant, while for all other additional information please contact us anytime!

  • Accommodation is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM the day of departure.
  • Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
  • Respect all the belongings in the apartment as if they were your own.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside on the courtyard and terrace.
  • Lock the doors to the apartments/rooms from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove…) and turn off the taps.
  • In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the ovner of the facility has the right to enter to enter apartment/room to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment/room at the first subsequent contact.
  • Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibitet, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 2 to 4 PM and from 11 PM to 7 AM.
  • All facilities, textile and equipment in and outside of the apartment ( terrace and garden) guests use on their own responsibility and apartment owner is not responsible for any kind of injury and damage. In case of damage, guests pay all costs.
  • As our apartment is at special location with many variety off plants and animals please take special care. Some of the plants and animals are causing allergies, strong and low.
  • The contents of the apartments/rooms may only be used by persons who are registered as guests, howeverthe host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
  • Inappropriate use of interior and garden appliances specially use of garden barbecue and other similar appliances, can cause injury.
  • It is strictly prohibited to climbing on the fence, roof, chairs and other furniture.
  • Please do not enter the bed and pool smeared with tanning jam.
  • Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
  • In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments/rooms the guests is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
  • It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartments/rooms.
  • In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.
  • Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediatelyupon arrival for registration at the Tourist office.

You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during
working hours from 0 to 24 hr.

HAUSREGELN

Liebe Gäste, herzlich willkommen!

Wir möchten Sie mit den Hausregeln vertraut machen, damit Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus angenehm wird. Für alle weiteren Informationen kontaktieren Sie uns bitte jederzeit!

  • Die Unterkunft ist ab 14:00 Uhr am Anreisetag bis 10:00 Uhr am Abreisetag verfügbar.
  • Der Gast haftet selbst für persönliches Eigentum und Wertsachen, die in den Apartments/Zimmern zurückgelassen werden, und der Eigentümer haftet nicht für deren späteren Verlust.
  • Respektieren Sie alle Gegenstände in der Wohnung, als wären es Ihre eigenen.
  • Das Rauchen ist nur draußen im Innenhof und auf der Terrasse gestattet.
  • Verriegeln Sie die Türen zu den Wohnungen/Zimmern von innen und achten Sie beim Verlassen darauf, dass Sie die Türen und Fenster verriegeln, die Sonnenschirme schließen, das Licht ausschalten und alle Elektrogeräte (TV, Klimaanlage, Herd…) ausschalten und einschalten aus den Wasserhähnen.
  • In Ausnahmefällen und bei Abwesenheit eines Gastes hat der Eigentümer der Anlage das Recht, die Wohnung/das Zimmer zu betreten, um das Entstehen möglicher Schäden oder Gefahren zu verhindern. Der Vermieter ist verpflichtet, den Gast bei der ersten weiteren Kontaktaufnahme über das Betreten der Wohnung/des Zimmers zu informieren.
  • Es ist verboten, Geräte und Möbel zu zerstören, Unordnung zu verursachen und andere Gäste zu stören. In der Zeit von 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr und von 23:00 bis 07:00 Uhr ist es ausdrücklich verboten, laute Geräusche zu machen.
  • Alle Einrichtungen, Textilien und Geräte innerhalb und außerhalb des Apartments (Terrasse und Garten) nutzen die Gäste auf eigene Verantwortung und der Apartmenteigentümer haftet nicht für Verletzungen und Schäden jeglicher Art. Im Schadensfall tragen die Gäste sämtliche Kosten.
  • Da sich unsere Wohnung an einem besonderen Ort mit einer großen Vielfalt an Pflanzen und Tieren befindet, seien Sie bitte besonders vorsichtig. Einige der Pflanzen und Tiere verursachen starke und schwache Allergien.
  • Der Inhalt der Appartements/Zimmer darf nur von Personen genutzt werden, die als Gäste registriert sind, der Gastgeber kann jedoch auf Wunsch eines Gastes eventuelle Besuche zu bestimmten Zeiten gestatten.
  • Die unsachgemäße Verwendung von Innen- und Gartengeräten, insbesondere von Gartengrills und ähnlichen Geräten, kann zu Verletzungen führen.
  • Es ist strengstens verboten, auf den Zaun, das Dach, Stühle und andere Möbel zu klettern.
  • Bitte betreten Sie das Bett und den Pool nicht, wenn diese mit Bräunungsmarmelade verschmiert sind.
  • Das Mitbringen von Waffen, explosiven und leicht entzündlichen Stoffen ist nicht gestattet.
  • Im Falle des Verschwindens oder der Beschädigung von Installationen, Möbeln, Geräten und Ausstattung der Apartments/Zimmer ist der Gast verpflichtet, den Gastgeber zu benachrichtigen. Soweit der Untergang oder die Beschädigung auf ein Verschulden des Gastes zurückzuführen ist, ist der Gast zum Ersatz des entsprechenden Gegenwerts verpflichtet.
  • Es ist verboten, Geräte und Geräte (Handtücher, Decken usw.) aus den Wohnungen/Zimmern zu entfernen.
  • Bei Missachtung der Hausordnung hat der Gastgeber das Recht, die weitere Leistungserbringung zu verweigern.
  • Übergeben Sie dem Gastgeber sofort nach Ihrer Ankunft Ihren Personalausweis oder Reisepass zur Anmeldung im Tourismusbüro.
